Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Magic Alteration.
“You”, “Client” refers to the user of our services.
“Services” refers to the clothing alteration, tailoring, and related offerings provided by us.

2. Booking:
No deposit is required to make a booking.

3). Booking Confirmation: It’s your responsibility to inform us if you are unable to attend your appointment. Failure to do so may lead to missed appointments or re-scheduling charges.

4. Garment Drop-Off & Collection: Garment Condition: All garments dropped off for alteration must be clean and in suitable condition for the work.

5). Collection: Please collect your garments promptly after alterations.

6). Storage Fees: If garments are not collected within 30 days, storage fees may apply.

7). Donation: If garments are not collected within six months, we reserve the right to donate them to charity.

8.) Alteration & Liability Careful Work: All alterations are performed with care and skill.

9.) Liability Limit: Our liability for any alteration is limited to rework or a refund of the alteration fee. We do not cover indirect or consequential losses resulting from alterations.

10). Cancellation & Refunds: Post-Fitting: Once the fitting is complete, the full alteration fee is due.

11). Cancellation Policy: Before Alteration Work Commences: If you cancel before any work has begun, a 30% cancellation fee will be retained, and 70% will be refunded.

12). After Work Commences: Once work on the garment has started, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

13. Intellectual Property: All content on the Magic Alteration website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content from our website is strictly prohibited.

14). Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
